recently there's been this saga with regards to the servicing industry.
its apparent that everyone hopes to be treated with respect and courtesy.
afterall, consumers are always right. sounds cliche but in reality, this is one rule many have to abide to.
met 2 kinds of services today.

firstly at hans, the iced milo i ordered was i swear,the most disgusting drink ever! when my mum requested them to add more milo powder (yeah not the 3-in-1 kind! grr) she was somehow ignored. and when the waitress came back with the drink which was filled to the brim, she spilled some milo on my utensils by accident. apart from the apology, she should at least have the decency to change the utensils right. but no. grrrr. such uppish attitude is seriously redundant.

on the contrary, at the adidas outlet, the service or rather attitude was much better. but a little too friendly ar. he asked for my age and school. -_- and told me to skip more and play more basketball. wah piang! grrrrr. nonetheless, his attitude was so much better. totally in contrast with the previous one. ha.

dont ever purchase the icedtea at the coffee bean. what for pay 3.5o for a cup of plain water in disguised?! haaz.
